But I have previously upgraded to version 1.32.xxxxxx and nothing happened. The S.M.A.R.T display feature is working properly. Is it because I checked the PG to update? Because the dump file is a little bit different when I compare it before and after.

If the display isn't working at first, it's likely due to a disk compatibility issue and firmware.

Hope he sees this post and can help. I’m very frustated with this.

If your enclosure can't be fixed you may want to look at these enclosure's,I have had good luck with JEYI enclosure's plus you can purchase replacement PCB boards if the USB-C connector get's damaged.

This JEYI enclosure is better then most from what I have found because the backplate is around 2.5mm thick and carries away the heat better.

Hello everyone, please I need help

My SSD Case "RTL9210B-CG  firmware version (22.1d / 1.34.29)" only works on USB 2.0 once its connected to usb3.1 I see the device in device manager but the SSD will not appear in file explorer
