Hi, I changed notebook, and the speed is ok. But my doubt remains: I first updated the chip with version 0209 and then I updated it with 20.05. Any problems? Do I need to downgrade? Are the two zip files I used to update the chip correct?

Rather keep version 0209 which is the most recent

I did a test with my USB 3.1 nvme box on an Intel USB 3.2 port here are the results

some chipsets do not really like copying small files because too much calculation and the speed drops

Oh really? 0209 is newer than 20.05? I did not think. Can you tell me how to go back from 20.05 to 0209?
But when I launched 20.05 he told me that 0209 had to be updated ... I'm not understanding anything anymore

The files that I downloaded from this site and that I used (0209 and 20.05):  we.tl/t-QvRQChvt0B
