If he does not want it to be shared by others than he should not even post them. It's that simple, he does not create those drivers manufacturers do. He does not ask for permission either.

I think you need to read, like ... READ. M actually does create those drivers, or rather takes the universal parts and combines them together.
So you could at least ask before reposting them without even crediting him for his work.
