Is it ? or is MSI just taking over drivers from Asus ? so they can keep up ?
 
The drivers are not developed by MSI, Realtek is developing the drives for MSI, Asus, Gigabyte, etc. on request. These are then given to the maibboard/notebook vendor, they test/validate and release them.
